We were drawn to Wausau Child Care for the convenience of having aftercare services right at the school my kids attend, but what we love most is the staff and the fun environment they provide. Every time I pick the kids up, they beg to stay a little longer! The Summer Adventure Camp is fantastic, with healthy meals and snacks, projects and activities, and daily trips to parks, libraries, swimming pools, and more. The kids have a great time and play hard, and they get to meet kids from other elementary schools. Everything with WCC has been well-organized and communication is excellent. Our whole family is so happy to have found such a great fit for our childcare needs!

I have had both my kids at WCC - Cedar Creek from a young age and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and treat the children like family, which I love. They keep us well informed of changes or activities going on within the classroom. With both my husband and I working full time, it is a good feeling we can drop the kids off and know they are completely taken care of. I always appreciate the updates on the ProCare App, from how they ate, to bathroom breaks, to pictures of their activities. Words cannot express how much I love and appreciate WCC – Cedar Creek.

Tobias and Amelia have been going to WCC since they were babies. They both love their teachers and friends. The facility is always clean and kept safe. Everyone is nice and happy with the kids. I like getting updates about behavior (good or bad) and the daily sheets let me know what the kids are learning that day. The teachers are open about anything they notice that the kids may be struggling with and they always share positive things the kids have done throughout the day. Kids are kids and they get hurt occasionally, but the staff keep me informed about what happened, how they helped, and how my kid recovered. I like the menus and food they offer. The meals are diverse enough that the kids don’t get bored and they experience many different healthy foods/meals. My kids are always well fed throughout the day. We love WCC and are happy that our kids are safe and well cared for while my husband and I work.

As a full-time working mother, I utilize the before and after school program provided through Wausau Childcare! The hours are perfect for what we need, and the drop off/pick up is seamless every time. My daughter’s single complaint is when I pick her up, she never wants to leave! This is our 3rd year in the wrap around school care program, and we are extremely grateful for the responsive program director, the activities that are planned, and the provided snack daily. It’s the family feel from all providers that keeps us thankful and coming back each year. We will always utilize Wausau Childcare for the programs they are able to provide!

Wausau Child Care – Franklin Center is a wonderful facility. They have been very supportive and understanding of my child’s needs. With him having ADHD it can be difficult at times but the staff here have been nothing short of exceptional when dealing with my son. They provide care during the summer when I am at work and unable to watch him during the day which is amazing. My son loves the activities they do at the facility, especially during the summer months! I would highly recommend WCC for any and all daycare needs.
